We support your family in a way that makes you feel confident and comfortable in your new roles as parents. Postpartum care can be very helpful and an amazing resource to help you heal from labour, feel comfortable caring for your new baby and be better rested so you are able to enjoy your new family member. A postpartum doula:
  •  Offers education, companionship and nonjudgmental support during the postpartum period.

  •  Assists with newborn care, family adjustment, meal preparation and light household tidying

  •  Offers evidence-based information on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from birth, infant soothing and coping skills for new parents and makes appropriate referrals when necessary

Our Packages

Postpartum Care is designed to best support you during the precious but challenging moments after childbirth. Having in mind that different families have different needs and demands, we offer a number of different packages so you can choose what fits your family best. Each shift consists of 4 hours at $30 per hour. 


Getting You Started Package (12 hours / 1 week)  

​• 12 hours over a one week period (3 days/week)
• 45-60 minutes intake*

Babymoon Package (24 hours / 3 weeks)

• 24 hours over a three week period (2 days/week)

• 45-60 minutes intake*

Super Baby Moon Package (36 hours / 3 weeks)

• 36 hours over a three week period (3 days/week)

• 45-60 minutes intake*

Ultimate Babymoon (40 hours / 2 weeks)

First week - 5 days
Second week -  4 days
Third week -  3 days

Each postpartum care package includes a 45-60 minutes intake. The intake appointment often occurs prenatally and is an opportunity to meet prior to birth and plan how I can best support you as your postpartum doula. If your baby is already born, you can still call and schedule an intake.
