Virtual Consultation
$130 for 60-minute consultation
This is for anyone looking for support and extra help in dealing with any challenges and difficulties. Let’s work together in order to find a wellness approach that works for you and your family.
Initial Consultation
$130 for 90-minute consultation
Whether you are experiencing a painful latch, would like some help to create a plan to increase your milk supply, or have been facing challenges in breastfeeding journey, I’m here to help. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, I support all families regardless of their feeding goals.
In-Home Consultation
$150 for 90-minute consultation
In-home lactation consults are very helpful for many reasons and are available on certain days (city of Morden and Winkler only)
Follow- up Consultation
$100 for a 60-minute consultation
While many moms find that just the initial consultation was sufficient, each momma and baby dyad is different and may require a little extra help and follow up visits. These are generally shorter visits that can be done in the office, virtually or at home-visit (City of Winkler and Morden only).
Breastfeeding Education
$200 for a 4-hour private class
Don't wait until you are sleep deprived and recovering from birth. Learn what you need to know before baby arrives. Breastfeeding education is effective in increasing rates of breastfeeding initiation and duration, helping you to have a easier start and helping you to avoid and manage some common challenges.
Doula Services
Birth Doula
$975
Our birth doula services include a no-obligation consultation visit, 2 prenatal visits, birth support, and 1 postpartum visit. It also includes email, text/phone support, and a back-up doula.
Postpartum Doula
$45/hour
Bringing your new baby home shouldn’t feel so overwhelming, but it can be for so many new parents!Â
We support your family in a way that makes you feel confident and comfortable in your new roles as parents. Postpartum care can be very helpful and an amazing resource to help you heal from labour, feel comfortable caring for your new baby and be better rested so you are able to enjoy your new family member.
Childbirth Education

Childbirth Classes

Become confident for your birth, reduce fear, and learn how to have a more positive experience. Learn how to become an active participant in your birth, and how to include your support person in your birth experience.Â
Childbirth classes are good opportunities to learn about what to expect during pregnancy, in childbirth and the early postpartum. These classes are geared towards expectant parents in the second and third trimester of pregnancy who would like to learn more about how to prepare for the most positive birth possible, and how to prepare for the postpartum period.
