Meet Babby Penner

My name is Babby Penner and I live in Morden, Manitoba. I am originally from Brazil and moved to Canada in 2005 to start life beside my beloved husband. We have been married for 18 years and have 4 beautiful children: Lara(13) and Noah(10), Ayla (6) and Nik0(2). I am passionate about helping people and connecting with other women in our community.

I have been honored to work with different families and use what I have learned through my education and my own experience as a professional and mother to provide the utmost of care to the parents and babies I have supported.

I have been a doula since 2016 and in 2018 I took my training to start teaching childbirth classes. Since then I have certified as a Lactation Counsellor (ALPP) and gone through a program at the University of San Diego to fulfil all the requirements to be eligible to sit at the IBCLC exam coming up in 2023.

I love women, children and families, and have always been inspired by the strength of women and the miracle of pregnancy, birth and breastfeeding. I believe every woman deserves to have someone there to guide and assist them in making educated choices about their pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period.
